When our box arrived, the box was damaged. No straps on the package as it should have per the writing on the box.

Caught in limbo. Heat pump was ordered received an air conditioner not a heat pump. Was told to be the exact same but was not. Now can't return item with no return label but seller can not send label devoid of my e mail address which will not pass via amazon server amazon deletes it for security causes. Now stuck holding item waiting for return label to be sent. Not happy with amazon or esales.
