I'm on my 3rd season with this unit.
1. Its way additional highly effective than my GE portable. Keeps the LR cool when the GE would not.
two. This unit, even though highly effective, is incredibly poorly produced.
Instance:
All 4 wheels broke off the 1st season (my season is June-Aug)
The unit emits a "burnt tire" smell. lastly stopped smelling in the 3rd season. Buddies are no longer asking, "what's that smell?"

The directional blades fell off the machine through the second season. Can not be repaired.
